Simpson Commercial Realty was established in San Antonio in 2002 by Clarence Simpson, who has more than 40 years of experience in the commercial and corporate real estate industry. Thirty of those years were with major regional and national restaurant companies.
Simpson Commercial professionals have been involved in more than 1,800 restaurant real estate/site selection deals, and have extensive knowledge about markets throughout the United States. Clarence Simpson has trained scores of corporate real estate site selectors over the years, and many now hold senior executive positions throughout the restaurant industry nationwide.
Simpson Commercial represents a total of nine restaurant chains, retailers, and a national developer of Marriott & Hilton hotels. They also currently represent several high-profile, independent chef-owned restaurants.
